The Seafood Restaurant opened its new doors on Saturday 2nd February after a two and a half million pound refit.
"After more than 30 years we decided it was time for some improvements. The restaurant will be bigger and the best bit will be the seafood bar right in the middle. You will be able to sit there and order anything from the menu without booking. A couple of chefs will be assembling platters of oysters, langoustines and, almost better still, Japanese sushi and sashimi." Rick Stein.
