An evening at Padstow Seafood School and St Petroc’s Bistro

Join us for an evening of food and wine from St Petroc's Bistro when we combine chef demonstrations with an evening meal at our bistro.


The evening starts at 7pm in Padstow Seafood School where St Petroc's Bistro Head Chef, Paul Harwood will be demonstrating two canapé dishes:


Grilled scallops with pumpkin seeds and spring onion

Grilled prawns with ouzo, tomatoes, chilli and feta

 
There will be tastings of the dishes accompanied by a lovely glass of wine.   Following the demonstration, you will make your way up to St Petroc's Bistro for a two course meal. 

 

Mains

6 oz rib eye steak with béarnaise sauce and thin cut chips

Galician hake on a braise of potatoes, caramelised garlic, tomato and onion 

 

Desserts

Pecan and chocolate tart with clotted cream

Spanish cheesecake with poached pears
