
Christmas Course
At Christmas, every cook wants to provide his or her friends and family with a memorable feast. We’ll be showing you how to produce perfect roast goose with sage and onion stuffing and apple sauce and salmon en croute with currants and ginger along with such accompanying vegetables as roast potatoes, braised red cabbage or with the salmon, soft and sweet hispi cabbage with chives and butter. Our Patissier, Stuart Pate will be demonstrating both traditional and contemporary Christmas desserts.
