Classic Seafood Dishes

The Classic Seafood Dishes course focuses on the preparation and cooking of a number of time-honoured fish dishes. Many people are nervous of making hollandaise sauce or preparing a lobster for grilling. During this course we’ll show you how simple it really is. We will feature such dishes as fish soup with rouille, turbot with hollandaise sauce, grilled lobster with fines herbes and, of course, fruits de mer.
