Desserts with Stuart Pate

 

On a selection of our two-day cookery courses students have enjoyed many an afternoon with Stuart Pate, who is seriously one of the best pastry chefs in the country. So we've introduced a day course which has been devised around some of his favourite desserts such as hot chocolate fondant, crunchy walnut tart, petit pots au chocolat and semi-freddo.
