Boost your cooking skills with our five-week evening fish cookery course aimed at local food lovers.  Devised to equip everyone from beginners to aspiring chefs with real confidence in the kitchen.  Using the best ingredients and the freshest fish, the course is run by head lecturer Mark Puckey and his team of chefs.

 

All the groundwork of fish cookery is covered, from making stocks, canapés and starters to main courses, desserts, cheese and wines. Combining hands-on cookery and chef demonstrations you'll learn to cook a range of courses and how to handle each ingredient to get the best combination of aroma, flavour, texture and presentation.

 

The relaxed and friendly atmosphere of the Padstow Seafood School is a great place to cook, eat and discuss good food. 
 

The five-week evening course runs from 15th September to 13th October 2009 and costs £275.
