Food and wine evening at Padstow Seafood School
Tasting great wines in the company of the winemaker is a rare treat. We are encouraging a few of these masters of their craft to visit Cornwall this year and share a glass or two with our friends.
Mike Tiller, owner of iconic New Zealand winery Isabel Estate, is first to join us in Padstow on Tuesday 12th March. This family owned and operated winery has been carefully growing grapes and making wine since the early 80's. Their philosophy is to 'respect the soil where the grapes grow and allow the unique characters of the each vineyard and variety to be expressed in the final wine'.
Stephane Delourme, head chef of The Seafood Restaurant for over a decade, has had great fun writing a 6-course menu to match Mike's wines - combinations we have no doubt you will enjoy.
Dinner will be served 'en famille' style at our long dining room table, overlooking the Camel Estuary at Padstow Seafood School.
Tickets are £105 and include a 6-course tasting menu with wines to complement.
Tuesday 12th March from 7pm (places are limited so do book early).
To make a booking please call our reservations department on 01841 532700.
