Seasonal Demonstration Evenings

Join us for an evening of food, wine and tastings at our cookery school and deli for our seasonal demonstration evenings.
Each evening begins at 6pm at the school where you will be greeted with a glass of wine, then sit back and relax as you watch one of our chefs demonstrate three dishes. They'll be talking you through what's in season as well as sharing tips and techniques.
The deli will be open until 8pm where we will have a selection of tastings for you to enjoy. There will also be 10% off your purchases throughout the evening on presentation of your ticket.

An evening with Rick this August
Thursday 18th August, 7pm
Join us for an evening at Padstow Seafood School on Thursday 4th August where Rick will be demonstrating some of his favourite dishes from his new book and TV series Rick Stein's Spain.
The evening begins at 7pm until 9pm and includes a tasting of all the dishes that Rick will be demonstrating, accompanied by some lovely wines.
Tickets are £85 and are available from Padstow Seafood School.

An Evening with Rick Stein at Truro Cathedral
Friday 16th September at 7.30pm
An event to raise funds for Truro Cathedral's Inspire Cornwall Appeal, enjoy a 4-course meal perpared by Rick Stein and his team at the Cathedral Restaurant in Truro.
The four course meal includes Seared Scallops and Ibérico Ham with Pimenton and Pardina Lentils, Fish and Shellfish Soup, Char-grilled Fillet of Sea Bass with a Tomato, Butter and Vanilla Vinaigrette with a Hot Chocolate Fondant to finish.
The Revd Perran Gay said, "We are delighted that Rick Stein has once again agreed to support the Cathedral's Inspire Cornwall Appeal. Last summer we enjoyed a wonderful evening of fabulous food, music and good company. So I know it is going to be a very special and memorable occasion, and certainly not one to be missed."
Book early to avoid disappointment as limited spaces are available, with bookings taken on a first come first served basis. The cost is £85 per person (includes wine) sharing on tables of ten. Ring Julie Brigden on 01872 245006 to book.
