Our Friends for Dinner course was inspired by my journeys around Britain for the Food Heroes series. The emphasis is on really top quality ingredients, not just fish but everything from free range chickens to local runner beans, rocket and pink fir apple potatoes. Each day will feature a different menu, including starter, main course and dessert. The recipes range from the traditional to the contemporary.

 

Our two-day courses follow a similar pattern to the one-day courses - a mix of demonstrations and practical, hands-on cookery and a sociable lunch enjoying the dishes you've produced (with a glass or two of wine, of course).

 

Residential courses include 2 nights bed and breakfast at The Seafood Restaurant or St Petroc's Hotel together with evening meals and selected wine.
