Japanese Sashimi & Sushi

You will learn the delicate art of Japanese sashimi and sushi, raw fish dishes. We will be explaining and demonstrating the techniques of selecting, filleting and slicing fish and preparing sushi rice, wasabi and the dipping sauces that go with these increasingly popular dishes.
