There are lots of reasons to love Cornwall, the dramatic coastline, picturesque fishing villages, spectacular beaches and of course the fabulous food scene.

From autumnal coastal walks and winter foodie festivals, to spring visits at sub-tropical gardens and summer beach barbeques, Cornwall has plenty to offer all year round.

“I don’t know exactly why Cornwall has become one of the top UK tourist destinations. Is it its relative isolation pointing out into the Atlantic Ocean with its dramatic coastline along the north coast or much more secret and sheltered south coast with its estuaries, inlets and coves? Perhaps it’s the ancient link with the Celts and Arthurian legend which makes it seem somehow a little mystical, not quite like the rest of England, or maybe it’s the place that’s in so many people’s childhood memories of happy holidays on sandy beaches. Today Cornwall is a county for all seasons and is established as a year round holiday destination. It’s a great place to live and to work.” Rick Stein
