Bid a final farewell to 2008 and welcome in 2009 with a New Year's Eve to remember. Our New Year's Eve package includes bed & breakfast at The Seafood Restaurant as well as an evening of great food and music where you can dance the night away ‘til the early hours. Music during the evening will be courtesy of Jelly Jazz.

Glass of Champagne on arrival.
Selection of canapés.
Marinated tuna with passion fruit coriander.
Stuffed pigs trotter with lobster.
Crab consommé.
Turbot casserole, cep and red wine sauce.
Assiette of desserts, Mandarin chiboust, chocolate millefeuille, quince ice-cream with quince compote and caramel sauce.
Coffee and petit fours.
Glass of Champagne at midnight.
