Our two-day courses follow a similar pattern to the one-day courses - a mix of demonstrations and practical, hands-on cookery and a sociable lunch enjoying the dishes you’ve produced (with a glass or two of wine, of course).
After so many years as a chef, I still find cooking with seafood exhilarating. This two-day course explores the techniques and ingredients further, featuring many of the dishes that you’ll find on the menu at The Seafood Restaurant. This course is our most popular.
