The four-day course is a culmination of my thirty-year enthusiasm for cooking seafood. Throughout the four days you’ll be working with perfectly fresh fish from Newlyn fish market and each day our chefs will guide you through skills specific to the selection, preparation and cooking of fish and shellfish.
