After so many years as a chef, I still find cooking with seafood exhilarating. This two-day course explores the techniques and ingredients further, featuring many of the dishes that you'll find on the menu at The Seafood Restaurant. This course is our most popular.
Our two-day courses follow a similar pattern to the one-day courses - a mix of demonstrations and practical, hands-on cookery and a sociable lunch enjoying the dishes you've produced (with a glass or two of wine, of course).
Residential courses include 2 nights bed and breakfast at The Seafood Restaurant or St Petroc's Hotel together with evening meals and selected wine.
