Last seen at the St Kew Inn and previously Ripleys in St Merryn. The very talented Mr Ripley has taken over our seafood bar above Rick Stein's Fish and Chips in Falmouth.

 

I'm really happy to have Paul back. There's nothing he doesn't know about cooking seafood. It'll be a joy to have him cooking and chatting to customers as he does.  

 

He'll be running a sort of seafood tapas menu, with such things as Scallops with Guindillo Peppers and Chorizo, Creamed Leeks and Smoked Haddock on Toast and a Cornish Fish Stew.

 

There will also be whole fish roasted in our charcoal oven and rib eye steaks too. You can  sit at the bar and watch him cook while you eat, or book a table.
