Last seen at the St Kew Inn and previously Ripleys in St Merryn. The very talented Mr Ripley has taken over our seafood bar above Rick Stein's Fish and Chips in Falmouth.
"I'm really happy to have Paul back. There's nothing he doesn't know about cooking seafood. It'll be a joy to have him cooking and chatting to customers as he does." - Rick Stein.
He'll be running a sort of seafood tapas menu, with such things as Scallops with Guindillo Peppers and Chorizo, Creamed Leeks and Smoked Haddock on Toast and a Cornish Fish Stew.
You can sit at the bar and watch him cook while you eat, or book a table.
For more information or to make a reservation please call 01841 532 700.

It's great to be in Falmouth. Outside Padstow it's my favourite seaside town in Cornwall.
Jill and I have looked around Cornwall for a long time for a place to expand beyond Padstow. Our inspiration for The Seafood Restaurant originally came from a restaurant in Falmouth that we frequented during the 1970s, so it seemed only natural to finally open our own restaurant here. It's a place we both know well.
I've always been fascinated by Falmouth. From childhood reading, it was one of those romantic ports where ships left to rescue nobles from revolutionary France in Scarlet Pimpernel novels. Historically it's always been a major port. It has one of the best natural harbours in Europe. It has fabulous fish and is a pretty and atmospheric Cornish town. Why would I not want to be part of somewhere so special?
