With the extension to The Seafood Restaurant in January 2008 it enabled us to introduce 2 further bedrooms.

When designing rooms I always think of somewhere I'd like to stay and what I'd like.  Good powerful showers, a large bath to escape the stresses of the day, a tranquil environment which provides good light into the bedroom.  I also feel it important to reflect our seaside location but in a contemporary way.
