Tower Estate Wines
The Tower Estate Winery in the Hunter Valley area of Australia opened in October 1999. Owned by Hunter Valley icon Len Evans AO OBE along with Rick and 12 business friends, this state-of-the-art winery produces good quality, small volume wines for select sale.
Tower Estate aims to produce the finest examples of varietal wines in Australia, and each region & vineyard is selected for that purpose. Premium fruit is sourced from regions that best suit a particular variety, reflecting the true regional characteristics in the wine.
"In my opinion Clare, Watervale and Eden are the best Riesling areas, the Adelaide Hills is the best Sauvignon Blanc area and Coonawarra is the top area for Cabernet. The Hunter wines from Shiraz and Semillon are justly famous and the best Verdelho comes from the Hunter."

There is also a Lodge on the estate. Designed as the ultimate retreat, it has 12 individually designed and furnished guestrooms, excellent conference facilities, a dining room and library.
