So we are doing the development of 70 dishes for Rick’s new Indian series that he is due to start filming in September. Indian food is very close to my heart, we used to travel to India a lot when I was very young, and the restaurant was closed in the winter. There is a lot to be done; we are currently doing 6 dishes per day. This level of work seems to have created a strange need to listen to the Aladdin soundtrack today. Slightly odd.
