2. Watch Father Christmas and the lantern procession

3. Observe the fantastic firework display on the harbour
With the sound of crackles, sizzles and bangs from launching fireworks, a stunning display will light up the dark night sky of Padstow. Taking place on Friday 8th December at 8.30pm, the display will set off from the north outer harbour beyond the ferry steps and can be viewed from anywhere on the north or south quay.
3. Spread some festive cheer by joining the Santa Fun Run and Cycle
This year the annual Cornwall Hospice Care Santa Fun Run & Cycle will be taking place once again at the Padstow Christmas Festival. Following last year’s successful ‘Santa vs Rudolph’ themed run, this year the run will be welcoming a new theme ‘Santa vs Elves’. Setting off from Wadebridge to Padstow on Saturday 9th December you can take part by either walking, running or cycling. All ages are welcome so book your space here (spaces are limited.)
5. Explore the Christmas market in the main marquee and enjoy some festive tastings
Discover the region’s best food, drink, arts and craft suppliers at the Christmas market. Whether you’re after a Christmas stocking filler or looking for a tasty treat, choose from the great selection on show.
