Our chefs at Padstow Christmas Festival

Christmas lights are twinkling, mince pies are baking, and the unmistakable smell of mulled wine is drifting through Padstow – which can mean only one thing: Padstow Christmas Festival. The marquee has been raised in anticipation for the festivities which start this Thursday afternoon.

Rick has been preparing with some of our top chefs for the weekend ahead, full of local produce, colour and festivities. To make sure you don’t miss any of your favourite chefs, take a look at our exclusive timetable of who will be cooking what, when and where from Stein’s this weekend:

Friday 5th December

4:45pm Jack Stein and Simon Hulstone – Cornish Chilli Crab and Ginger Egg Nog Pain Perdu with caramelized apples and mincemeat clotted cream – at Sharp’s Brewery Demonstration Theatre

5:45pm Rick Stein – Ceviche of Monkfish with Avocado and Grilled Miso Salmon with Rice Noodles – at Sharp’s Brewery Demonstration Theatre
