About our Padstow shops
Amongst our restaurants in Padstow, we have a selection of shops offering you a wide range of products, from locally caught fillets of fish at our fishmongers, to Cornish homeware and skincare, like Jill’s Porthdune range. Whilst exploring the town, grab a hot drink of your choice and a cake from our coffee shop and maybe purchase some souvenirs of your visit from our deli and gift shop.

Stein’s Coffee Shop
Barista
Our coffee shop is looking for baristas who will be making a range of hot drinks to the visitors of Padstow. We also offer elevated all day-favourites including sweet pastries and Reuben bagels and sandwiches filled with local crab and more.
What do I get paid?
You’ll be paid a starting wage of £10.42 per hour (£9.80 for under 18s), plus weekly tips.
Stein’s Deli
Retail Assistant
Our deli retail assistants are warm and welcoming. You’ll be giving the best recommendations of the local produce we sell at the deli counter, along with jars of jams, chutneys, relishes and our other fab products.
What do I get paid?
You’ll be paid a starting wage of £10.42 per hour (£9.80 for under 18s), plus weekly tips.
Senior Retail Assistant
Our senior deli retail assistants are warm and welcoming. You’ll be giving the best recommendations of the local produce we sell at the deli counter, along with jars of jams, chutneys, relishes and our other fab products. You’ll be the bridge between our retail assisants and retail supervisors.
What do I get paid?
You’ll be paid a starting wage of £10.60 per hour, plus weekly tips.
Rick Stein’s Fishmongers & Seafood Bar
Fish Counter Assistant
Fish Counter Assistants prepare and fillet the local produce caught here in Cornwall including lobsters, crabs and fresh fish. You will also be giving customers recommendations of our products and dishes.
What do I get paid?
You’ll be paid a starting wage of £10.42 per hour, plus weekly tips.
Waiter/Waitress
Waiters and waitresses are warm, friendly and welcoming. Your interaction with our guests can be make or break a business so we’ll always equip you with tools to be the best waiter or waitress you can. Our front of house team take orders, serve food and drinks, chat to guests and make recommendations.

Stein’s Gift Shop
Sales Assistant
Our sales assistants are warm and welcoming. You’ll be helping our customers browsing through our selection of Cornish treasures, including souvenirs, kitchenware and our Jill Stein collection.

You’ll be paid a starting wage of £10.42 per hour (£9.80 for under 18’s), plus weekly tips.
