For the very first time, we’re opening some of our restaurants to welcome you to celebrate Christmas Day. You can join us in Winchester, Marlborough, Sandbanks (fully booked), Barnes (fully booked) and The Seafood Restaurant (fully booked) for a special three course festive celebration lunch on December 25th. So, save yourself the stress of planning the biggest meal of the year and let us, the professionals, treat you to an experience you won’t forget on Christmas Day.

Starters
Smoked salmon with horseradish cream
Grilled scallops with puy lentils and persillade butter
Jerusalem artichoke soup

Main courses
Roasted turkey with roasted potatoes in goose fat, braised red cabbage, mixed steamed greens, and bread sauce.
Roasted and sliced Chateaubriand with all the trimmings
Braised fillet of brill with ceps and chestnuts

Desserts
Christmas pudding with brandy clotted cream
Chocolate tart
Rhubarb trifle
Colston Basset Stilton cheese

Rick Stein smoked salmon from Severn and Wye with horseradish cream

Jerusalem artichoke soup

Hand dived scallop, baked in the shell with Vouvray

Roast Goose, sage and onion stuffing, roast potatoes in goose fat, braised red cabbage, steamed greens.
Or roasted Chateaubriand with bone marrow gravy and all the trimmings

For dessert, choose from Christmas pudding with brandy clotted cream, chocolate tart, panna cotta with rhubarb or Colston Basset Stilton
