Terms & Conditions:

Entries must be made using ‘Rick Stein’s Cookery School’ as the location when posting the image on Instagram. Entries without ‘Rick Stein’s Cookery School‘ as the location will not be counted.
A new winner will be selected every three months.
The winner will receive a Stein’s Online Fishmonger box up to the value of £60. Prizes are non transferable and cannot be exchanged. Prize must be used within 2 months of the closing date.
The final decision will be made by Seafood Trading and the winner notified within three days.
The winner will be contacted directly via the Instagram account they posted with.
