Asian tasting evening

Our tasting evenings are a great opportunity to try some of Rick’s favourite dishes, watch our chefs demonstrate the recipes and enjoy your own taster with a glass of wine carefully matched to the menu. These evenings run from 6:30pm – 8:30pm.
- Char-grilled butterflied fish
- Tibetan steamed dumplings
- Prawn molee
Arrive – 6.30pm, greeted with a glass of wine
From 6.30pm – Watch our chefs demo three dishes with individual tasters of each dish and glass of wine to accompany it.
8.30pm – Finish
