Join our meat masterclass to hear our chef lecturers talk about how to buy, prepare and cook great meat dishes. Watch them demonstrate three dishes whilst you enjoy a glass of wine.
- Baked guinea fowl with garlic beans and smoked sausage
- Sauteéd pork chops with shallots, sage and cider
- Cote de beouf with Bearnaise sauce
- Venison steaks au poivre
- Cured duck breasts with melon, soy and pickled ginger
- Smoked sirloin
Arrive – 6pm, greeted with a glass of wine
From 6pm – Watch our chefs demo three dishes with an opportunity to taste some of the dishes
7:30pm – Finish. You will be given recipe cards for the dishes you have seen made that evening, plus an exclusive voucher for Stein’s Deli.
