Join us for an evening of classic British season where you can watch our chefs demonstrate three dishes such as hot smoke salmon kedgeree, John Dory chowder with mussels and cider and devilled mackerel with mint and tomato salad and enjoy a taste of each accompanied with a glass or two of good wine.

Course overview

Arrive – 7pm, greeted with a glass of wine
From 7pm – Watch our chefs demo three dishes with individual tasters of each dish and glass of wine to accompany it.
