Our one dish evening workshops are the perfect way to spend an evening in Padstow. Watch our chefs demonstrate how to cook one of Rick’s favourite dishes and then develop your own cookery skills and techniques whilst you recreate the dish. You’ll then get to enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of good wine whilst overlooking the beautiful Camel Estuary.
This light dish packs a punch and you can swap the bass for most other white fish when cooking at home. Spend an evening mastering this fun and colourful dish that you can recreate at home again and again.

From 6.00pm – Watch our chefs demo the dish then recreate at your workstation
7.30pm – Enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of wine at our ‘en famille’ dining table overlooking the Camel Estuary
8.00pm – The evening draws to a close at 8pm. You’ll leave with recipe cards and an exclusive voucher to use at our deli so you can try re-creating the dish at home.
