Join Nick Evans for an evening of Christmas showstoppers guaranteed to impress your guests this December.
- Grilled scallops with toasted hazelnut and coriander butter
- Pavé of salmon with roasted tomatoes & fennel
- Zuppa di cozze e Arsellle – a stew of mussels and clams scattered over chargrilled bread
Arrive – 7pm, greeted with a glass of wine
From 7pm – Watch our chefs demo three dishes with individual tasters of each dish and glass of wine to accompany it.
