We get some fantastic seafood from our Cornish shores. Sit back and relax with a glass or two of wine and tastes of the three dishes demonstrated by our chefs.

Course dishes 2016

  • Deep fried megrim sole with spring onion and chilli seasoning
  • Baked sea bass with roasted red peppers, tomatoes, anchovies and potatoes
  • Grilled hake with spring onion mash and morel mushroom sauce

Course dishes 2017

  • Squid and potato stew with rouille
  • Grilled scallops with hazelnut and coriander
  • John Dory chowder

Evening overview

Arrive – 7pm, greeted with a glass of wine
From 7pm – Watch our chefs demo three dishes with individual tasters of each dish and glass of wine to accompany it.
9pm – Finish
