We get some fantastic seafood from our Cornish shores. Sit back and relax with a glass or two of wine and tastes of the three dishes demonstrated by our chefs.
- Deep fried megrim sole with spring onion and chilli seasoning
- Baked sea bass with roasted red peppers, tomatoes, anchovies and potatoes
- Grilled hake with spring onion mash and morel mushroom sauce
- Squid and potato stew with rouille
- Grilled scallops with hazelnut and coriander
- John Dory chowder
Arrive – 7pm, greeted with a glass of wine
From 7pm – Watch our chefs demo three dishes with individual tasters of each dish and glass of wine to accompany it.
