Rick Stein’s Cookery School two day Keeping it Cornish with Jack Stein course

Join Jack Stein for a two-day adventure of great Cornish produce. Not only will you head out onto the Camel Estuary to catch your own lunch, you’ll also get to meet our local vegetable supplier and former head chef, Ross Geach from Padstow Kitchen Garden before getting the chance to cook some of his produce back in the kitchen. Truly keeping it Cornish.

Course dishes

Day one:

  • Fishing trip on the Camel Estuary
  • Breakfast – Nasi Goreng
  • Sri Lankan fish curry and rice

Day two:

  • Visit and tour of Padstow Kitchen Garden, including a demo with Jack and owner, Ross Geach.
  • Lunch at the farm
  • Gado gado and pickled veg
  • DEMO: Porthilly oysters – two ways
