Prepare for a glorious assault on your senses as you watch our chefs demonstrate three dishes. Enjoy each dish with a glass of wine.
- Cambodian marinated beef with a lime and black pepper dipping sauce
- Grilled pork balls with peanut dipping sauce
- A rich king prawn and coconut curry
- Balinese slow-cooked pork with sweet soy, ginger and chilli
- Mee Goreng
- Fried fish with turmeric and dill
Arrive – 7pm, greeted with a glass of wine
From 7pm – Watch our chefs demo three dishes with individual tasters of each dish and glass of wine to accompany it.
