Our one dish evening workshops are the perfect way to spend an evening in Padstow. Watch our chefs demonstrate how to cook one of Rick’s favourite dishes and then develop your own cookery skills and techniques whilst you recreate the dish. You’ll then get to enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of good wine whilst overlooking the beautiful Camel Estuary.
Rick Stein’s Indonesian seafood curry from 6-8pm:
This is one of Rick’s all-time favourite dishes and has been on the menu at The Seafood Restaurant since he discovered it in Bali on his Far Eastern Odyssey. Indonesian in its flavours from the spice paste flavoured with ginger and galangal, but European in its execution of cooking the fish very delicately – it’s a great dish to impress your friends.
Arrive – 6pm
From 6pm – Watch our chefs demo the dish then recreate at your workstation
7:30pm – Enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of wine at our ‘en famille’ dining table overlooking the Camel Estuary
8pm – The evening draws to a close at 8pm. You’ll leave with recipe cards and an exclusive voucher to use at our deli so you can try re-creating the dish at home.
