Our one dish evening workshops are the perfect way to spend an evening in Padstow. Watch our chefs demonstrate how to cook one of Rick’s favourite dishes and then develop your own cookery skills and techniques whilst you recreate the dish. You’ll then get to enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of good wine whilst overlooking the beautiful Camel Estuary.

Linguine ai Frutti di Mare

The secret of all good pasta and
seafood dishes lies in making sure
that the sauce is “tight” when it hits
the pasta, i.e. not runny, so everything
clings to the pasta nicely. Here fresh
tomatoes, garlic and parsley are
cooked in the best olive oil for a
short time, then some just-cooked
fresh seafood is tossed and the
sauce is poured over some perfectly
cooked pasta whose centre still has
a definite bite to it.

Course overview

Arrive – 6pm
From 6pm – Watch our chefs demo the dish then recreate at your workstation
7:30pm – Enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of wine at our ‘en famille’ dining table overlooking the Camel Estuary
8pm – The evening draws to a close at 8pm. You’ll leave with recipe cards and an exclusive voucher to use at our deli so you can try re-creating the dish at home.
