Rick discovered the recipe for Pad Thai at the Ghost Gate in Bangkok. A delicate balance of soft noodles, the crunch of nuts and beansprouts, and the yin and yang of sweet, salty, hot and sour flavours. This dish is without doubt one of Thailand’s most popular dishes.

Pad Thai one dish workshop | December 30th | 2-4pm

Pad Thai with prawns is a famous dish with Asian heritage. Full of flavour and fresh fish, this is a great dish to share with friends. The recipe was inspired after one of the old chefs at The Seafood Restaurant

Techniques

Arrive – 1.45pm
From 2pm – Watch our chefs demo the dish then recreate at your workstation
3:30pm – Enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of wine at our ‘en famille’ dining table overlooking the Camel Estuary
4pm – The afternoon draws to a close at 4pm. You’ll leave with recipe cards and an exclusive voucher to use at our deli so you can try re-creating the dish at home.
