From welcoming guests to delivering training, Wiltshire born and bred, Charlotte has been a star in our team since joining us in 2018, being promoted three times from her first role as waitress. Operations Manager Salar has been a pivotal part of our restaurant teams for over 10 years – including managing our flagship in Padstow, The Seafood Restaurant. He loves to share his knowledge and passion for delivering great service.
You’ll enjoy a selection of appetisers and a two course menu put together by our chefs – who’ll talk through each of the dishes as they’re served, and a couple of glasses of wine too.
