New cookery courses at Padstow Seafood School

Two exclusive new courses have been added at Padstow Seafood school based on Rick’s new book and TV series, From Venice to Istanbul due out this summer.
You will receive an exclusive preview of Rick’s newest recipes, cooked by the school chefs, before trying your own hand at preparing them, enjoying the fruits of your labour overlooking the Camel Estuary with a glass or two of good wine.
Dishes include recipes from Venice, Croatia, Turkey Albania and Greece such as jumbo shrimp alla busara, halloumi saganaki, grilled mackerel stuffed with hot red pepper paste, parsley & garlic and veal, mint and oregano meatballs in a rich tomato sauce.
Not only will you be the first to try Rick’s new recipes, you can also receive a signed copy of Rick Stein, From Venice to Istanbul to take away with you*.
