New Year’s Eve is the main event of your stay, canapés, a 4 course gala dinner and dancing at The Seafood Restaurant, this is our event of the year and not to be missed.

New Year break in Cornwall – Itinerary
30th December – Join us from 3pm, or arrive early to make the most of a day in Padstow.
30th December Evening – Enjoy your three course dinner in St Petroc’s Bistro or save it for the 1st January. Whenever you choose to dine you’ll enjoy your choice from the á la carte menu including perfectly cooked steak with peppercorn sauce or whole grilled Padstow lobster.
New Year’s Eve Morning – Start the day with a rather good breakfast at The Seafood Restaurant or St Petroc’s Bistro – look forward to favourites like eggs Benedict, kedgeree or a full English. Then grab a hot drink to take on a wander around town or to the war memorial to take in the fresh air and morning views along the estuary.
New Year’s Eve – Don your party frock and join us at 7:30pm for drinks and canapés before sitting down to your final meal of 2023. Our chefs have worked hard to make it one you won’t forget. A four course seafood gala dinner starting with a selection of canapés, followed by a Padstow crab salad and hand dived scallops. The pièce de résistance is rich turbot with truffle and Champagne sauce. Finish with a suitably festive ‘Pearl of the sea’. A chocolate scallop shell with chestnut and vanilla bavarois and a mandarin crémeux. Relax at your table or join the dancefloor with your loved ones and enjoy the music. As the clock strikes midnight celebrate in the warmth of our party or wrap up and watch the fireworks from Padstow harbour.
New Year’s Day Morning – Breakfast will be served at The Seafood Restaurant followed by a day of leisure – start 2024 with a coastal walk along the Camel Trail or around the headland, play a round of golf or relax with a good book and a glass of something.
New Year’s Day Evening – If you’ve decided to dine at St Petroc’s Bistro on your final night you will now enjoy a three course a la carte dinner. The informal bistro takes classic French cooking seriously and is relaxing atmosphere for your final night.
2nd January – Wake up refreshed and enjoy your final breakfast at The Seafood Restaurant or St Petroc’s Bistro before your departure. Or choose to spend a few extra days with us in Padstow for a supplement.
