Gather up your friends and join us at Rick Stein, Sandbanks in January for our special charity lunches in support of Forest Holme Hospice. We’ll be offering a 3 course menu for £19.95. plus a £2.50 cover charge that goes straight to the charity.

Forest Holme is a purpose-built specialist palliative care unit which is part of Poole Hospital. It deals especially with the physical and psychological comfort of patients with complex needs and also provides support and advice to carers, family and friends.
Penang Road laksa – hot and sour fish soup with seabass, noodles and garnished with pineapple, shallots, cucumber and mint
Orecchiette pasta with chilli and cavolo nero
Lamb kidneys on toasted brioche with sauvignon blanc, mustard and tarragon
Seafood Gratin – haddock, mussels and prawns in a white wine and cream sauce, Emmental and breadcrumb topping with caramelised apples
La Belle Etoile fish cakes – cod and mashed potato fish cakes flavoured with pimentón and lemon, served with a rocket salad
Dry-spiced curry of potatoes and cauliflower with green beans and fennel seeds, served with steamed rice and raita
Black rice pudding with mango sorbet and coconut milk
Peanut butter and chocolate cheesecake with salted caramel and popcorn
Tarte flambee with apples and crème fraîche
