This September we’re giving you the chance to experience our popular Padstow-based cookery school nearer to where you live. Nick Evans, Head Chef Lecturer of our school will be giving two seafood cookery masterclasses in Sandbanks, Marlborough and Barnes between 18th-20th September.

Sit back with a glass of good wine as he demos how to cook two of Rick’s classic recipes (Abraham’s ceviche from Road to Mexico and mussels with yellow Kroeung from Far Eastern Odyssey) which you’ll of course get to taste. £20 pp.
