Our seaside set lunches at The Seafood Restaurant are the perfect excuse to treat yourself to some fantastic seafood in Cornwall with your friends.
Crisp Skinned Fillets of Cornish Herring with Pickled Spring Vegetables and Chive Oil Fillet of Salmon with Forced Rhubarb and Soy Caramel.
Moules Marinière with Cream, Garlic and Parsley. We’re using the great mussel from Porthilly for this classical French dish.
Prawn Fritters with Tomato Chutney and Kachumber from The Allen Kitchen, Kolkata.
Lobster and Crab Bisque. Bisque is a smooth creamy highly seasoned French soup made from Lobster and Crab.
Grilled Whole Lemon Sole with Lemongrass Butter. Served with Sautéed Spinach with Nutmeg.
Braised Fillet of Whiting with Serrano Ham, Pimentón, Pardina Lentils and Persillade Butter. Served with Cornish Kale with Confit Garlic and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Braised Shin of Beef. With pickled Grelot onions, artichoke crisps and tarragon. Served on a smoked pomme pureé.
Local Pan-fried Ray from Cadgwith served au Poivre with Béarnaise Sauce. Served with Cornish minted potatoes.
Cod Goan Curry. Pilau rice and cumin puris, cucumber and lime.
Milk Chocolate Mousse with Salted Caramel and Horlicks Ice Cream.
Bread and Butter Pudding with Crème Anglaise and Pouring Cream.
Orange Tart with Yoghurt Ice Cream. Sticky Toffee Pudding with Pouring Cream. A Selection of Ice Creams and Sorbets.
