First Courses

Langoustine Bisque with Langoustine Tails.

Cornish Crisp Skinned Herring Fillets with Pickled Winter Vegetables.

Stir Fried Salt and Pepper Chilli Squid with Watercress, Cucumber, Beansprouts and Soy Sauce.

Loch Duart Salmon Tataki served with Cucumber, Pickled Forced Yorkshire Rhubarb and Soy Caramel.

Ragoût of Cornish Sole and Scallop in a Cream, Mushroom, Vouvray and Basil Sauce

Main Courses

Cod Goan Curry. Served with pilau rice, cumin puris, cucumber and lime.

Fillet of Plaice. With yellow chanterelles, brown shrimps and beurre noisette, served with minted Cornish new potatoes.

Newlyn Fish Pie. With cod, plaice, hake, prawns, mussels and mushrooms in a creamy truffle velouté. Served with minted peas.

Braised Shin of Beef. With pickled Grelot onions, artichoke crisps and tarragon. Served with smoked pomme pureé.

Baked Darn of Hake. With lemon, bayleaf, onion and garlic. Served with spring greens.


Mango Mousse with Coconut Meringue.

Lemon Brûlée with Raspberry Sorbet and Amaretto Crumb.

Chocolate Steam Pudding served with Chocolate Sauce and Crème Fraîche.

Panna Cotta with Stewed Forced Rhubarb and an Almond Tuile Biscuit.
