Grilled mackerel with pickled vegetables
Frisee and bacon salad. A classic salad from Lyon with a poached egg.
Lamb kidneys on toasted brioche with sauvignon blanc, mustard and tarragon
Jerusalem artichoke soup with croutons, chives and Parmesan
Haddock alla Carlina. A Venetian recipe of a pan-fried haddock fillet with a sauce of tomatoes and capers, served with new potatoes.
Steam whole sea bass with ginger, garlic, soy and sesame. (£4.95 supplement)
Frango piri piri. Chargrilled chicken breast with a piri piri oil, thin cut chips and mixed leaf salad.
Spelt risotto with spring vegetables.
Passion fruit pavlova with Chantilly cream
Peanut butter and chocolate cheesecake with salted caramel and popcorn
