Enjoy an exclusive tour of Porthilly oyster farm (on the Camel Estuary opposite us in Padstow) with our Head Chefs and Tim Marshall, whose family have owned the Porthilly farm for five generations. You’ll take the ferry from Padstow to Rock to learn where, when and how they’re harvested before returning to The Seafood Restaurant  to discover the perfect shucking technique during an oyster masterclass, and then enjoy a few with a glass of Champagne. The perfect way to spend to a Saturday if you love oysters.
