There’s lots of opportunities to develop your shellfish cookery skills at our cookery school in Padstow too.

Enjoy an exclusive tour of Porthilly oyster farm (on the Camel Estuary opposite us in Padstow) with our Head Chefs and Tim Marshall, whose family have owned the Porthilly farm for five generations. After learning where, how, when they grow they’re harvested you’ll discover the perfect shucking technqiue during an oyster masterclass, before enjoying a few with a glass of Champagne back in Padstow. The perfect way to spend to a Saturday if you love oysters.
