Take shelter from the elements in Rick Stein’s flagship restaurant in Padstow. Enjoy a seasonal menu with all your winter favourites including freshly landed seafood, locally sourced vegetables and dishes inspired by Rick’s culinary travels.
Linguine with an almond, basil and Parmesan pesto and cherry tomatoes
Japanese tuna and salmon fish cakes with watercress and sesame seeds and a soy, sesame oil and lime dressing.
Moules marinière with cream, garlic and parsley.
Fish and shellfish soup with rouille, Parmesan and croutons.
Mackerel recheado – mackerel stuffed with a ginger and chilli masala and served with a coriander, tomato and onion salad.
Seared fillet of hake with a piperade of roasted peppers, tomato and Serrano ham. Served with minted Cornish potatoes and an olive oil and lemon sabayon.
Meen kulambu – a fragrant cod curry from Southern India, served with steamed rice, chapati and raita.
Fillets of Cornish lemon sole. Served with a beurre noisette, deep fried shrimps, minted Cornish potatoes and kale with extra virgin olive oil.
Ravioli of caramelised onion and fennel seeds with porcini and king oyster mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes and hazelnuts.
Chargrilled bavette – a classic French bistro steak served medium rare, with béarnaise sauce, thin cut chips and watercress. From Launceston based butchers Phillip Warren.

Apple and blackberry crumble with vanilla ice cream.
Passion fruit tart with raspberry sorbet.
