Our new restaurant in Fistral is now complete!

01.05.2015

We’ve opened the doors to our new venture in Fistral!

Friends, family and local businesses joined us to celebrate the official opening of our new Rick Stein restaurant on Thursday 30th April.

Rick commented, “Newquay is a fun place to be and we’re thrilled to finally be here. As well as the traditional fish and chips, we’ve got curries and flavours from the Far East which were actually Jack’s idea, inspired from his time surfing in Indonesia, or Indo as he likes to call it. Great food in a fantastic location, what could be better?”

The restaurant is open every day from 9am – 9pm serving breakfast, fish and chips, curries, ice creams and drinks.

From the curry kitchen, you can expect dishes inspired by Rick’s travels including Goan chicken curry, lamb karahi and pad Thai noodles.

Opting for fish and chips? The menu features local fish battered and deep fried in beef dripping to make it really crisp served alongside hand-cut chips and Rick’s tartare sauce, mayonnaise and authentic curry sauce.

The casual self-service style of the restaurant means we don’t take reservations, but there’s plenty of space both inside and outside to enjoy our dishes.
