Stein’s Coffee Shop
We’re very excited to have opened Stein’s Coffee shop, a specialty coffee shop in Padstow, Cornwall. Charlie Stein has worked with Cornish coffee roasters Origin Coffee founder, Tom Sobey, to bring the idea to life in our former patisserie space in heart of the town.
Charlie says: ‘Tom and his team at Origin have been the perfect partner for our new venture. We’ve worked together for over 15 years already, and I’ve always been impressed with their unrivalled knowledge of and enthusiasm for great quality coffee. I’m extremely proud to be opening our first speciality coffee shop in Padstow and to be working with such excellent Cornish businesses.‘
To drink
A simple menu of premium single-origin coffee selected by Charlie and Origin. Three single-roast coffees will be used for each of the core milk-based, black and filter coffees. We use milk from St Ives based, Trink Dairy. Read their story here.
To eat
We focus on coffee-to-go, with a few tables for sit-in dining. The food menu features elevated all-day favourites. Sweet pastries, Reuben bagels and sandwiches filled with local crab, Cornish gouda and more.
