Your fish kettle will poach a whole fish like salmon, sea trout bass or mullet in water or court bouillon. It will accommodate fish up to 2-3kg, enough for about 8 people as a main course.
The perforated rack makes it easier to lift fish out of the kettle.
The kettle will fit on two burners or rings for even heating. If making court bouillon add the ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes before adding the fish. Use enough liquid to cover the fish. Use a food thermometer to gauge correct cooking. For salmon, trout or sea trout aim for a core temperature of 60 degrees C all other fish 70 degrees C
