CHICKEN SATAY WITH BALINESE PEANUT SAUCE

From Rick’s Stein’s Far Eastern Odyssey book and featured as a beach bite on our menu in Fistral, chicken satay is a great dish to eat with a cold bottle of Bintang whilst soaking up the sunshine and watching the surf.
