Goan chicken curry

This variation of Rick’s famous Goan fish curry is available for you to enjoy on the menu at Fistral, Falmouth (takeaway) and our fish and chip shop in Padstow. Perfect with a cold beer or two.

Rick says: “This popular curry from Goa which is very easy to make, is what I would call a wet curry because there is plenty of sauce, rich in coconut milk and flavoured with garlic, ginger and coriander.”
